Subscription Agreement

This Agreement governs subscription purchases made through the RougeAura mobile application.

1. Subscription Types and Benefits

Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly plan with premium features.
Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing annual plan, typically with better overall pricing.
All premium subscriptions include enhanced features and priority support.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID once the purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage renewal settings in Apple ID Subscription settings.
Price updates, if any, are applied in accordance with App Store billing rules.

3. No Face Biometric Data Used

Subscription services do not rely on any face biometric information.

Subscription status is validated by purchase records under your Apple ID account. RougeAura does not use facial landmarks, facial geometry, or recognition vectors for subscription verification.

4. Subscription Management and Cancellation

Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your Apple ID profile.
Select Subscriptions and choose RougeAura.
Disable auto-renewal or cancel the subscription as needed.

If canceled, premium access remains available until the current billing period ends.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policy. RougeAura cannot directly process App Store refund decisions.

6. Subscription Benefits Changes

We may update benefits to improve service quality. Significant changes may be communicated through in-app notices.
