User Agreement
This User Agreement applies to your use of RougeAura. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
RougeAura provides AI-based beauty services including:
- One-click Makeup Generation for quick makeup effect rendering.
- Style Transfer to replicate reference makeup styles.
- Skin Analysis for beauty and makeup recommendations.
- Tutorial Guidance with structured makeup steps.
2. No Collection of Face Biometric Information
This includes facial geometry, key points, landmarks, recognition signatures, and other data that could uniquely identify a person.
App processing is limited to visual beauty enhancement and does not include identity recognition functions.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and avoid harmful, illegal, or abusive content generation.
- Ensure you have legal rights to the photos you upload.
- Do not misuse the app to impersonate others or harm third-party rights.
- Do not tamper with app security, code, or service integrity.
4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights
- You retain ownership of your uploaded and generated content.
- You grant RougeAura a limited license to process content for service delivery only.
- Commercial use of generated content may require separate rights clearance.
5. Free and Premium Features
RougeAura provides free features and optional premium subscriptions. Premium terms are described in the Subscription Agreement.
6. Service Changes and Termination
We may update features or terms as needed. Continued app use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
